This policy applies to delivery and ride-sharing requests placed via Pickevery.
2. Delivery Requests
Once a traveler accepts a delivery request, cancellations by the requester are not permitted except by mutual agreement.
If a delivery is not completed due to traveler fault or service failure, users may request a refund. Refunds will be processed after verification.
Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (processed via PayU).
3. Ride-Sharing
Requesters may cancel a confirmed ride if the cancellation adheres to any in-app timings (if specified).
Travelers should avoid last-minute cancellations. Cancellations without valid reasons may incur penalties.
Refunds for canceled rides will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
4. Platform Fees
Platform or service fees charged by Pickevery are generally non-refundable once a request is confirmed.
5. Disputes
For disputes, please contact pickevery.official@gmail.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include holding payouts until resolution.
