These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Pickevery's website and mobile application. By accessing or using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Pickevery is a platform that connects travelers with users requesting deliveries or shared rides. We facilitate connections but do not act as a carrier or direct service provider.

2. Eligibility & Account

• Users must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Account registration requires a valid mobile number and OTP verification.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

• Requesters: Provide accurate item details, pickup/drop locations and any special instructions. Do not request transport of illegal or restricted items.
• Travelers: Complete KYC as required, accept only requests you can fulfill, and act lawfully and respectfully.

4. Payments

All payments are processed via PayU. Pickevery does not store card or bank details on its servers. Platform fees (e.g., 10% of incentives) are deducted per transaction as described in-app.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are available on our Refund & Cancellation page. Pickevery may withhold payments while disputes are investigated.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Create fake requests or accounts
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Transport prohibited goods

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickevery is not liable for loss, damage, or disputes arising from deliveries, rides, or transactions between users.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
